Sunshine Ace Hardware is now offering all 12 paint colors in Benjamin Moore’s Color Trends 2021 palette, including the newly named Color of the Year for 2021, Aegean Teal.

The updated color palette includes warm, sunbaked hues that play to the senses. Aegean Teal is a blue-green shade that radiates warmth and wellbeing and is meant to create a sense of natural harmony while initiating periods of reflection and reset.

“Amid uncertainty, people yearn for stability,” said Andrea Magno, director of color marketing and development for Benjamin Moore. “The colors we surround ourselves with can have a powerful impact on our emotions and wellbeing.”

Sunshine Ace Hardware offers Aegean Teal and the entire Color Trends 2021 palette for both commercial and residential customers in a variety of finishes and sheens. The colors are well-suited for bedrooms and accent walls, as well as interior and exterior trim, wood furniture, front doors and even cabinetry.

“We are seeing an interest in transitioning from the ‘Off-White Trend’ to adding a pop of color, which will make a space stand above everyone else’s and add dimension and accent,” said Dan Miles, Commercial Paint Division manager at Sunshine Ace Hardware. “Painters and designers can use Aegean Teal and the other 2021 colors to make a space more refined and unique.”

In 2020, Ace Hardware named Benjamin Moore as its preferred paint supplier, an expanded relationship that helped bring additional paint options to Sunshine Ace customers in Collier, Lee, Charlotte and Pinellas counties, as well as Crowder Bros. In addition to Aegean Teal, Benjamin Moore’s Color Trends 2021 palette includes Atrium White, Muslin, Foggy Morning, Rosy Peach, Beacon Hill Damask, Potters Clay, Chestertown Buff, Amazon Soil, Gray Cashmere, Kingsport Gray and Silhouette.
